Your Tasks:
  • Responsible for the Solution Architecture on a global level to ensure a harmonized IT target infrastructure architecture over all countries and all divisions 

  • Ensure that defined business requirements are fulfilled by the provided IT solutions 

  • Steer all relevant service providers in an intercultural environment 

  • Review proposals and quotations for the implementation of global solutions in the Network domain 

  • Validate technical solutions delivered for hand-over into operation 

  • Responsible to enforce the IT strategy, IT roadmaps and architecture standards to achieve an efficient, flexible and sustainable IT landscape
Your Profile:
  • Successfully completed Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or other equivalent technical disciplines 

  • Great experience as Solution Architect with focus on Network 

  • Proven technical and architectural expert knowledge Network 

  • Proven expert in definition and management of IT infrastructure architectures 

  • Great experience in the management of external service providers 

  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL® v3) 

  • Knowledge of project management standard – ideally Prince2® 

  • Basic knowledge of Information Security Management (e.g. ISO 27000 series or BSI IT Grundschutz) 

  • Broad market knowledge on technologies and tools in the Network domain
  • Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills 

  • Business-fluent German and English skills (both verbally and in writing) 

  • General willingness to travel (typically around 5-10%)
